Great ideas! When you were coloring on the white stamping I was surprised you didn't try stamping a color over the white ink.

When I have used a heat & stick powder in the past the key was to just barely melt it. Overheating made it less sticky. Maybe yours works similarly & you would get a better result that way.

Great video! I've done all of these before except the gold leafing (too messy - I always use glitter instead), but I haven't done the debossing/dry embossing with the stylus for YEARS. Thanks for the reminder on how cool it looks.

Great ideas. Have to try. I have some of the sticky embossing powder and haven't used it yet. Really didn't know what to do with it. And some flakes. Wasn't thrilled about the flakes. Love the vellum idea,haven't done any of that yet either. Guess I better get going. Lol. Thanks for your advice and suggestions. Always enjoy what you do.

Have to rewatch to get names of colors of ink you used. Wish you had included it in the list below. Want to get some inks and refillers but don't know what ones. Like colors you were using. Thanks again.

If you have a specific card you want to know the colors for I can let you know

I really liked all the techniques. Since you're using red rubber, you could add another technique using bleach. Just be sure you have fresh air to do it in. SU! cardstock reveals some very interesting (often unexpected) colors. Thanks for so many fun ideas.
@handmakewithlove2 жыл бұрын
Yes! I've been thinking I should do a bleach tutorial sometime. Thanks for watching along!

Hi Anna, I have a question please. When you did the green leaves on the center lines of the paper did you moe the paper around in your stamparatus or did you have the paper stationary and move the stamp around? I love that idea plus all your other ideas. Thank you for sharing.
@handmakewithlove2 жыл бұрын
Hi Kathy, I mounted the stamp to a block so I could move it around easily 🙂

Do you have a video showing how you actually did the heat embossed leaf you showed before you did Joseph's coat on this video? Thank you! Some fun ideas here.
@berriesrbest2 жыл бұрын
She showed how right after that technique (except she used clear embossing powder for the Joseph's coat version), but you could also search "heat embossing with stamps" on KZbin to find lots of results for how to do it! 🙂
@handmakewithlove2 жыл бұрын
Hi Christine, here is a video where I shared all about heat embossing. The only thing to remember with doing this leaf is to use clear powder. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mnvOfGyOmLZmo6c

The heat and stick powder can be over heated and it looses it's stickiness.
@handmakewithlove2 жыл бұрын
Yes I believe that's probably what happened

I would just die cut the dark green and put it over the printed DSP, that would save a lot of ink. Instead of brushing the ink all over the DSP

That's definitely an option too 😊

Once again a Stampin Up commercial. All the Stampin Up sellers push the products so I never subscribe to them. There are too many others to watch but once in a while I accidentally watch one because of the title. She is not as bad as most.
