Amelia…. all these plastic bags belong to a lady who has a mental health issue…. after 20plus yrs she received help from the government. The Lady was profiled in a Television series dealing with Mental Health… I watched the TV program because I saw the lady practically everyday when I pass here. I Video taped this not knowing that the lady was taken away…. her belongings sat there for days then her sister came and started sorting out the bags for disposal.
