200,000 Dominoes - The Childhood - TDT 2014
In 2014 we built up 200,000 dominoes under the theme "The Childhood". After 6 days of setup and 1 year of preperations 198,351 (96,30%) toppled. 24 builders from Austria, Swizerland and Germany set up different projects from the childhood.
We also attempted a world record: The largest stick bomb with 23,000 sticks (current record: 9,911 sticks). Unfortunately the World Record Attempt was not successful (only 8,500 sticks "exploded").
Special thanks to Tobias Demuth (Millionendollarboy) who toppled the first stone and to Alexander Dings (Annodominovideos) who travelled over 700 kilometers to see the falldown.

Schönes Video - so ein Kamerakran ist schon was Tolles :-) Das Endfeld sieht einfach fantastisch aus :-) Dass die Stick Bomb komplett rausgeschnitten ist, finde ich sehr schade. Gehörte schließlich zum Falldown und das, was geklappt hat, v.a. das Split Ends war schon spektakulär genug, um es zu zeigen ;-) Aber immerhin kann ich mir das in der Zwischenzeit schon auf meiner eigenen Kamera angucken :D

Arent they part of the project? (I already know the result before this video) Great set up, im my opinion it maybe will be a challenge next year to use variation. Personally I only see fields and walls, fiels and walls, and many squaring projects. Nevertheless excellent job!

Austrian Domino Art why a bad ending? We had also a disaterous falldown last year, the line stopped 4 times and even the final didnt topple but we didnt delete it. It would have been great to see the effect nonetheless!!! :)

Wdomino we prefer to have a good end with a big applause from the audience instead of an end with a fail and a shocked audience with no applause - there was a total chaos at the end so we decided to leave the record try out... you will see the stick bomb in the long edit - we plan to upload it on friday the 16th may - but we can't pomise anything...
