Hi guys , what awesome thank you to show those details at last parts of the video of "difficulty to find fresh fruits or everything what you need for a not cheap price" near there. Yeah sincerely is not cheap to buy vegetables and fruits on that kind of supermarket but it worth it, because previously to expose them, there are some workers who do the service to select the best fruits, to wash and dry them then to package by quantity and to keep it fresh -of course that increase the price but at the same time you are paying a man or woman for their job- and of course the air conditioner and electricity of the supermarket and many more. But generally, is not cheap to pay that price, because the middle Bolivian salary is like $us 400 to 500$us (if really wins it), so for a single Bolivian or a couple it is enough, but if there is a third person on the family who can`t work (babies, children or grandma or grandpa) it means a difficulty. The difficult is that other prices like to rent a house is normally 250$us/monthly or more, and other basic services like internet, cell phone credit, cable TV, water and electricity add maybe $us100 or more, and of course clothes and many more - that is why the middle Bolivian use to wear used clothes or try not to buy newer tech or to eat or to buy in that kind of business services. Thank you to much I love your videos. And is important that people like you show the realities of a middle habitant on each country that you visit. WELCOME TO BOLIVIA

Pero cuando entramos al principio, se nos acercaron diciendo que es prohibido grabar. Luego contactamos la jefa del súper por whatsapp, y pedimos su permiso… y di sí! Jaja eso es la detrás de las escenas

Thanks Emily and Valentine. I mean it's a supermarket. They're pretty standard across the world, but you guys make it special. Btw, why was it so empty (of customers)?

Thank you 😊 It’s a big place and we went in the middle of the day, so maybe it wasn’t a peak time for people to be getting their groceries. Or maybe the people were spread out. Or maybe they were avoiding us lol
