I’m enjoying watching how far you can push the game. Burning the bodies in a big pile with a molotov might be preferable to a crematorium, cause all of those bodies are technically pawns even in death, who still take processing. The faster they’re gone the sooner the stutter might lessen.

Have you considered making snaking trap gates? Basically, you create a winding single space hallway and fill it with traps and, if needed, alternating stone chunks to slow intruders. Because its single file and causes all intruders to hit every trap, you can easily protect against most enemies that don't drop in and/or have turrets

You should download RuntimeGC for the stuttering, it adds a little tab in the bottorm right corner where you can do some stuff to speed up the game, like clearing some useless world pawns and generally fixing most memory leaks/build-ups.

Suggestions for preformance improvements. Any sort of increase stack mod, I use ogre stack. less models on screen more storage space. Optimised meats mod. Changes all meat except for human and insects to a standardized meat. While I'm no expert and I'm sure there's better ways to do it, I'm near certain this will improve game quality whist feeling vanilla.

I think the blocks in front of your crematorium are slowing down the pawn doing the burning. Considering how much corpse burning there is to do, I'd say it's probably a good idea to either relocate the crematorium to the right of the corpse stockpile or get rid of the stone blocks in front of it

Cremating is a hauling job. You can also do this from campfires, which are cheaper to build. Crematoriums explode in the rain, excited to see that happen. Alternate technique is to set the corpses on fire, using molotov cocktail or boomrat or something.
