I have a 5060E ordered. Supposed to be in January 2023. Does the cab heater work well? It gets very cold down here in Oklahoma too in the winter.

It works very well as does the AC in the summer

I think it takes to long 4 my 5083e to start putting off heat even if plugged up

I have about 750 hours on my open station 5075E. 2 starters and cold start sensor have been only issues. I like the tractor alot personally

probally purchasing a 5060e by years end, like next week, 4x4 loader 12/12 trans, i dont care for the routing of the hydrolic lines to loader, stick out to much, seems like they would get torn up sticking out so far, have a 5210 now that im trading in witch has much better routing, an no emisions at all just a muffler, other than that the 5060e is perfect for my needs

Why mine 2016 5075E can’t hold up over 15k rpm once running PTO . Every time highs rpm over 15k the warning lights are on. Please advise

Do you have the eco pto on? I'm not sure if you're model year has the eco pto on it which changes the gear ratios at expense of power

i like this model, seems to be pretty decent at what it can do. should i be looking for an older jd with regen or no?
@kalevalasouthfarm Жыл бұрын
I think either would be a fine choice. I have not had any issues to date with mine regening but not having to worry about it at all is also nice. In my area it is difficult to find these tractors used so I didn’t have the option to buy and older model.

How wide are the wheels on this tractor? 72"???
@kalevalasouthfarm Жыл бұрын
I’m not sure on the wheel size, the tires are 16.9 x 28s

Good review...my only experience with JD is a Gator which besides a throttle body issue has been very reliable and has the best oil changing setup I've ever seen on an engine.

Owned mine for three years . Had to replace starter after only 100 hours. Roading it from one field to another tractor ran like crap, had a pinched fuel line. Tires are cheap made in India Galaxy brand and had to replaced one front tire after two months ,tire split from inside out and could not be repaired, second front tire did the same thing only a few months later. One rear tire split from inside out after about 1 year of use, had a 1/8 hole on outside and a 2 inch hole on inside. 300 dollars to fix. Needs better brand of tires and Needs wider front tires. And beware dealer does not put liquid in rear tire unless you ask so if you have a front loader tractor rear will tip up with a bucket full of dirt. I would rather find an older made in Germany John Deere. Their well built and will run forever.
