If you actually climb the spider thread all the way to the top it shows a little Lego spider web that just is suspended mid-air. As for the skeletal Spider-Man, it's a 1.0 launch glitch that was patched a week after her launch.

Go to emergency comms down and do it with two full venom bars eventually you have to power a generator but don't and start venom jumping and you have a infinit height glitch
