I'm SHOOK! OK...you WIN...hands down. Brilliant. I am convinced that Axel and Maxence created "alter egos" in Lucas and Eliott. This was not just "acting", and it was even beyond "embodying." It was something more....a new category if you will. And I think that they both were truly surprised by and are in awe of what they were able to create together. I think that what they created went beyond what they thought they were capable of, individually, as actors. And this video shows it all...all of the detail, the nuance, the love. Likewise, they also seem in awe of the chemistry, trust, energy, love and joy that their real-life friendship brings them. As Axel explained so eloquently, it was "love at first sight" between friends. I hope that they continue to cherish this rare connection and thrive from its “LUX” for the rest of their lives!

the directors helped massively with building their chemistry even more. When their characters hadn't seen each other for a while, the director banned them from seeing each other too. The painting scene was the first time in a week that they saw each other and the chemistry between them showed. They missed each other as actors and it translated through to their characters.

I love how they changed each other's lives the moment they met and formed a strong bond despite everything, not even Eliott's mental illness (Living with bipolar is a constant battle, and not everyone around you has enough patient and love to deal with it). Their love is something beautiful beyond words, and it grows deeper the older they get. I know couples like these in real life, how they feel so blessed to be together everyday is just lovely and wonderful.

As the show beautifully pictured it in Elliot's Polaris short movie project, about someone from the dark falling in love with someone from the light, they were each others' light in their own darkness. Each others' rock to stay afloat and learn to rise above the sweeping tide. Eliott was the light of self-acceptation and ease with your feelings and desires, in Lucas' darkness of the fear of coming to term with being gay and coming out. Lucas was the light of social life and care in the darkness of his troubled mental health.

Perfection, as usual! You are the ultimate Elu-master, @terrilynn88! You know, it's weird... I am usually a pretty down to earth kind of guy, not one to fangirl over stuf like this. But these two? For some reason I can not seem to shake them. They are my go to when I'm feeling down (well, the happy scenes at least). No matter how much I see their clips, they never get boring. To this very day, the way Eliott reacts to Lucas playing the piano still gives me the chills... I would give my left testicle for someone to look at me that way... You can just feel their connection exists both on and off screen. There simply is no way to fake something like that. Oh hell, I could go on and on about them for days on end. I'll love them always. And I'll love you always for making such beautiful memories for me to cherish. Thank you!

yes it aired right after season 3 in 2019. their are 8 seasons with more coming. but the original cast left the show after season 6.
