My grandparents bought a 2005 LeSabre with 305 000 km. I would have to say it's the only car that I have seen that is in mint condition. The 3800 is such a reliable engine and the body of the car is in great shape

Looks just like my '01. Prefer the 7th gen, but it's growing on me after 5 mos. Replaced my '99 that was wrecked by a hit and run driver. I got out with only a couple scratches.

To be exactly just had a water leakage last week. Gasket at manifolds replaced. Perfect cassette,C/D working. It’s enjoyable to drive it.

my lasabre 2000 has developed problems at start up, the motor revs up way too much, then after 3 or 4 restarts it settles down, any answers?

when i start it the motor revs way too high. after i restart it 2 or three times it usually settles down, check engine light is on also.

yes i did it said it was the sensor not the oxygen but one next to it, i put a new one on it but that wasnt it,

That car is a real POS. Only a 119k miles? Wow. Got a '94 Park Ave that is gorgeous and an '01 LeSabre that is pretty damn nice. Not like this thing.

David Bouffard The good this is those 3800 motors run forever I own a 2002 Buick Regal LS car currently has 94,000km & it's got the naturally aspirated 3800 Series II motor
