19:57 Sorín is one of the few players that won the Champions League and Libertadores and he did in quite a strange way. In the beginning of the 95/96 season he was bought by juventus for the season and then, was loaned to river plate in the january transfer window, in that year, juventus won the champions league and he played only one game for them. And in river in a full season as a regular starter, he won the copa libertadores. I think that he is the only one to ever win a champions league and a libertadores at the same year. He also played in psg, villareal, barcelona, lazio and in my team, Cruzeiro, where he is very loved and remembered by the fans untill nowadays.

Idea for a video for you: Ye should do a building a nation challenge in the same league. It would be interesting as ye have to work together but also provides the VS aspect as ye have to beat the other person with points. Do it over 20 years and break it in to 4 year cycles whoever gets more points over the 4 years wins that set and then resets for the next 4 years. 20 years = 5 sets. It would then make another video for you later building a nation Vs where ye each build a nation and who does better wins

Ashley Cole actually does have barbadian nationality in real life. What usually happens in FM is that players with more than one nationality tend to choose the one they are more likely to play for the youth team and change later in their careers.

Database from the time when I was starting with CM (which later became FM). Did so many saves in CM 00/01 and CM 01/02 and before that in 97/98, sweet Lord. Remember those names of Faber, Wellens (kind of cheap utility player), ofc Samuel starting in Argentina. Zahovic being that good. He was a magician with the ball. Love those retro videos of yours!

Luke or Omega Dad if you see this, you should try doing a retro versus rebuild with a team that got relegated or performed terribly in real life and see who can achieve the best result with the team in the same season (for instance Bolton in 11/12 or some random team like that) or even compete and see if you can replicate the result of a team that overperformed such as Liverpool 13/14 and see who can get the closest to the IRL result using a retro data Base? Just a suggestion
