Sir pl give plan for 40x50 both north and west facing plot. A corner plot. Include puja room and 3 bedroom with drawing,dining ,kitchen with store. 2 attach toilet with dressing and a common toilet. Plan stair case outside from ground floor. Design first floor for rent for 2 families. Also add car parking and two wheelers parking
