Im presently doing my cruisers timing belt ant water pump..i watched a few other vidios..all helped me out..but yours helped me on a few things that everyone else left out a few details...important details..i appreciate it..thanks for all your help

You can replace the water pump without removing the plastic backing plate. (remove bottom screws going into the backing plate , pry out on it close to the pump and block it out with a short piece of 2x4. Saves you from pulling the plate and cam sprockets off.

My mechanic quoted a stupid price for this, because he said he just DID NOT WANT TO DO IT. I don't either, and I can't because of injuries. The Jeep dealer said the engine has to come out. Obvious BS. Thanks for the videos.
