I'm just not right in the head attacking this size of a rust repair, but at the end of the day I'm glad I did. The end result is fantastic. I know its a long video but the end result is worth it.

Congrats man! I have the same thing ahead of me that you just came through and your experience was eye opening. Now I know exactly the tools and steps to follow and where to be and what to watch for on the rebuild. Did you investigate where the rust originated, as in leaking cab vents, firewall, etc. , or perhaps just water off boots. I feel my issue was a combination of snow on boots and a torn drivers door weather stripping. Thanks

Not exactly sure but over the years I had a windshield leak, a leak through fire wall where plow wires came through, and an XM antenna going out of the third brake light, the passenger side still looks like new. I didn't do a video but sometime before I replaced the cab corners and rockers.
