For me, the weirdest thing about The Beat Goes On is that if it goes to a draw, the game just ends with a player creating a new beat. The next player doesn't even have to try to get the final beat right.

I've noticed in every TRG Mario Party LP, there's always that one minigame they play over and over again constantly. In MP5 it was Coney Island, in MP4 it was Dungeon Duos, MP3: The Beat Goes On, MP2: Day at the Races, and MP1:...OK I haven't actually sat through that one yet so I don't know, but still there's always that one game we see played like 10 times.

There are other 4player minigames that are MUCH easier to win in that reward all players for making it to the end or getting max points (Picture Imperfect, Curtain Call, and Messy Memory are the best examples) yet The Beat Goes On doesn't reward anyone for making it to the end. Matt Wajsblat No because, even if you wear a hole in your hand in the process of losing, coins are still being moved about. Even in Bowser's ToW you can cost your opponent a fat stack of coins. This is objectively the worst non luck based game because it can drag on forever, and reward the best possible performance you can do by being an absolute waste of time.

Tug of War is a good suggestion, but I still think Flip the Chimp from Party 8 or Domination from Party 4 are the worst minigames, although that's probably because I have a very personal grudge against both of those games.
