If an fs65 is properly maintained and has good oil pressure as well as the glow plugs being warmed up you can best believe that it’ll start right up in cold. Same story with the 2004 IC CEs with the T444E engine.

Turns out on that kind of strobe, it's just that it's illuminated for such a short period of time that the camera can't actually capture it. You can see a little bit of a rolling shutter effect where you can see part of the light lit up (or reflections of it), but the rest of the light isn't lit. Definitely surprised how well it started, especially for not being plugged in! I've had to crank some C7's for quite a while on those cold starts.
