This is not CART. This is IRL. CART was far better. You can tell it’s IRL because there’s no fans in the stands. Also, CART last ran Phoenix in 1995. When they had almost 60,000 fans in attendance. Which is a lot more than the 5,000-10,000 fans IRL would get.

@@johnstratos9336 but it was over winged into negative rake territory to create their artificial side by side racing. So the cars were constantly on the rev limiter and a challenge to drive, they were not

@@cdname47 yep, the side by side racing was a joke and was all contrived. The skill required to drive these cars is definitely on the low end of the spectrum.
