Nice straightforward video. I bought a used 02 with two missing lug stems and find it easier to replace entire knuckle . Is a front end alignment required after this?

To be on the safe side, yes you should probably get an alignment.

Did you put the axle nut back on and then the strut bolts?

I put the strut bolts back in but for whatever reason, I didn't film it. @5:08 the strut bolts are clearly back in. I don't remember I didn't film the re-installation of those.
