2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ P0306 cylinder 6 Misfire Diagnostic trouble code stored in computer

PO306 cylinder number six misfire diagnostic trouble codes stored in the computer after customer replace the engine and the transmission. Customer states there is no signal from the computer to the injector on number six cylinder. I simply directed him to check the cam shaft position sensor and crank shaft position sensor signals. That is what is most likely, causing this problem as the PCM has already been replaced.
