Well actually looking back at this set, although this is for MIB2, Burger King included designs from the series in this set. The toy with the female agent covered in the green goo is Agent L as she is designed in the animated series

I remember being a kid and being inspired by that specific decoder from the watch to write my own decoding symbols. I realized that I could replace the symbols with various letters and I started to experiment with conlanging. It became an interesting hack--as the kids say nowadays--for me along with what I know of linguistics as an English major. I can say that conlanging and worldbuilding helped me get through middle and high school, for they gave meaning to my life and they helped me stay out of trouble. I don't have the original watch or even the original decoder pamphlet. Instead, I bought the exact replica from eBay and keep it in my personal safe. I do remember watching Men in Black II as a kid, and my favorite scene was when Agent J asked "Didn't your mother ever give you a Game Boy as a kid" and Agent K exclaimed "What is a Game Boy?!"
