Hi there, This system is only for the 2002 and 2003 models. 2004-2007 is a complete assembly. There is no replacement for the cover flange, I found the part number 5069055AC but there is no replacement available, do you know what to do when the cover is broken?

Two ways that you can remove these rivets: First: Gently drill in the middle of rivets Second: Flat head screw driver and a hammer (Can cause damage to plastic clips) I hope this information helps you.

Pienso que es más fácil bajar el tanque de. Gasolina así no echas a perder los plásticos que están sujetos con los remaches. La neta no sé porque en vez de remaches los de chaisler no le pusieron tobillos si sin piezas que se tiene. Qué quitar para poder hacer un mantenimiento y remplazo del un simple filtro de gasolina. Qué es tan necesario y debería de ser fácil y rápido como en otros autos o camionetas

Hello, Tunasalad6 I belive it works with only from 09-2001 to 03-2004. If your Jeep liberty have same fuel filter, this video should help you.

I'm an old school mechanic and I've a question. Doesn't anybody use exterior add on fuel pumps anymore? We use to use them all the time! Just break the fuel line and install them inline and run a wire from the ignition switch. They used to be relatively cheap and mounted on the body/frame wherever you wanted to put them... and no pulling of tanks.

Hello, John I remember doing it to older models, as you know the newer car models have few extra sensors to eliminate such things but we do tend to find our way around it :) Regards Ben

Apparently not. I"ve had to drill whole doors under the back seats of 5th Gen Camaros to do fuel pumps. Much easier than dropping the tank.

I've looked into it. Modern fuel injection systems require a bit more pressure though so the only inline external pumps I found for that were over 100 bucks each. Maybe an option though.
