Looking at the season in the past games watching them.. This 2002 Cane team Had a lot of flaws The 01 team was perfect And you could see where future was going for Miami.. After this season the next 5 years Virginia Tech was a terror on us

The 02 version wasnt as good but 01 was a hard act to follow. Losing their MLB that summer tragically hurt in this game, and the next. Other than that, most of the flaws l see are leadership related. ln that sense, l guess you are right.

He was not even eligible and should not have even played in the Fiesta Bowl so they would not have needed Jerry Porter to win the game with a BS flag 5 seconds after the game ended.

This game cost Miami the National Championship and here is why - Willis MaGahee scored 6 TD's and the Canes were up like 55 to 20 something when they are at the goal line again - instead of letting Willis score a record setting TD they try a trick pass to Dorsey which gets int and starts a comeback for VT - that was the stupidest play ever run by an inept Coker that cost the canes a title by giving OSU hope - Why did they diss Willis? it hurt the whole team - Idiotic!
