Arguably the most famous World Supersport crash ever, Christian Kellner's engine grenades itself and dumps all its oil on the track. Kellner bounces into the air bag and narrowly avoids serious injury when Christophe Cogan's bike flies over his head and into the barriers.
Chaos ensues as the following riders then crash on the oil while the marshals rush to help Kellner and Cogan. Next to go down were Rob Frost and Mathieu Lagrive. Then Werner Daemen, Stefano Cruciani and Barry Veneman also fell, with Veneman's bike nearly taking out a TV camera and Cruciani's hitting a marshal.
Somehow the only injury sustained in this accident was a broken leg, for the marshal who was hit by the Yamaha.
This is Eurosport's delayed coverage, with live commentary from Jack Burnicle and Niall Mackenzie.
