@@subbingbacktothepeoplewhos6581 I am glad he decided to keep it. Originally the house was built by Dr. Reddy the Radiologist in Apple valley. Looking at interior decor, it should be totally redone with a bit of imagination. I was the construction manager and built this house.

Not the best plan, Three adjoining pie-shaped lots with the houses all bunched together at the skinny points. The point of having a large lot is so that your living and entertainment areas are as far as possible from your neighbors. Most of the wide-open area of this lot is all grass. To water and mow. Oh heck no.
