2003 BMW 325i (E46) | POV Mountain Run | W/ Catless Headers & Muffler Delete & 6 Speed Manual Swap

Here's another mountain run in my 2003 BMW 325i (E46), which at the time had over 260k miles on the M54B25 motor. The car had eBay catless headers and a muffler delete, with the stock 2 resonators in place.
The car had a stage 3 tune by Revmatch Motorsport, with pops on at all times. It could only be toggled off with the AC. That was quickly changed soon after this video, as I had the pops remapped to the CC (cruise control) button, meaning I could activate the pops with the CC button, leaving me the ability to drive the car normally with no pops until I pressed the button.
This video was recorded in October 2021. In November 2021, cylinder 5 lost compression at 266,4xx miles. This led to a M54B30 motor swap over the winter. The suspension setup at this time consisted of coilovers, E46 M3 front sway bar, E46 Non-M Xi 20mm rear sway bar & E46 M3 front strut bar.

what catless headers did you use and how did the align with the factory exhaust flanges? any 02 sensor fitment issues?

In this video, I had eBay headers on my old motor. This was my second set of headers, and this set barely fit to the block (the first didn’t fit at all). No O2 sensor fitment issues, amazingly. But, I’m now running Active Autowerke headers on my B30 and those were trouble free.
