Overpriced. I just nought s 2003 V10 gulfstream about 21.5 ft, similar layout except my bath is a full real bath not a wet bath a full dinnette git extra slepping along with the sofa sleeper. ??? Only $20,200.00 perfect condition, and has an awning.

This one has an awning also. I sure would like to see pictures of yours and how many miles it has. And yes this one is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I bet they will get their asking price or close to it in my opinion. BTW You failed to mention which model you have such as its brand like is it a Cruiser Winnebago Vista or? They have some very nice motor homes and this one is exceptional in its like new condition. I would love to own this one by wife and I would love it together.
