Where did you place the pressure gauge, in place of the Fuel Pressure Regulator?

The fuel rail has a Schrader valve. That is where I connected it, no need for adapters. The fuel pressure regulator is in the fuel tank with the fuel pump module. Right before the fuel rail is a fuel pressure dampener. I hope I explained it. Take care.

So is that the actual gas tank you are pulling the fuel pump out of? Could I take out the fuel pump to access the inside of the gas tank and remove sugar from it without actually lowering the tank?

Yes, that is the actual fuel tank with actual raw fuel. Extremely flammable so you have to be very very cautious. You need to follow all guidelines when working around the raw fuel. If you are not sure, please have a qualified mechanic take care of it for you. Take care.

Why didn't you replace the fuel filter when you put in the new pump?
