2003 Piaggio X9 250 Scooter Review, walk around, demonstration and road test

This video demonstrates our 2003 piaggio x9 250 scooter, that we have for general use plus courtesy bike. I have owned it for 4 years and this video is to show how it is and anything i have done plus anything you need to look out for. The only thing that i didn't talk about on the video was fit and finish, on this scooter it is good overall the plain plastics have faded and the painted parts have faired a little better, corrosion can be an issue when servicing and removing panels/parts, spares are readily found and genuine parts are still available and reasonably priced.
Just make sure when buying that the carb is in good order, a give away that there is a problem is hard starting and flooding, because to remove the carb the bike has to be stripped down and is labour intensive, so if you can get a good one in the first place all the better.
