Don't forget to wire brush all connections and good idea to put Dielectric grease on there especially battery connections. GM trucks have a ground on frame right under drivers door. That rusts bad and causes problems. Do the same clean good and Dielectric grease on those. Don't worry it's only your ABS module and 4x4 actuator and likely more

I had thd same problem and all i did was to replace the power wire to a 4 gauge and solve the problem

In car audio thats part of the big 3 upgrade. The wires are always too small to carry even the rated alt output.

If I run my 2004 Chevy avalanche at 100 mph it does something to the alternator. I’ve experienced this 3 times! Anyone know what could be happening?
