I’m having trouble finding a few of the parts you mentioned changing out. Specifically looking for front and rear fender hd trim. Also the deluxe trim for front fender.

I'm looking at adding chrome lower front forks to my 2016 heritage Softail contacted HD to order some they do not carry them, where were you able to find yours for your bike?

I wouldn’t get them from Harley. I get all of mine from Impress Plating in California. I’ve used them for years.

what year lower fender trim did you use off of the deluxe

I don’t remember the year but any Deluxe fender around the same years will work..just check with the dealer. They may say it doesn’t fit but it does.
