Hi ,I have a question I have 2002 Toyota rav4 First I have the battery light on ,I change the alternator the light go off but the battery don't get charge, so I put a new battery, and still don't get charge, I was looking for the battery fuse I can't find it maybe that the problems, the you have any idea about this ,and thanks for your help

That sound weird. I guess the alternator is generating fine because the battery lamp is off. If you measure the battery terminal voltage with alternator running, does it show 11-12V (not charging) or about 14V (charging)? According to a wire diagram (entire Rav4 2001-2003 manual can be found on the Internet), there is a 120A fuse (Fusible Link Block in engine compartment right side of firewall) between the alternator and the battery. This circuit seems to be independent of the warning sign. Good luck!

Wouldn’t the fuseable link isolate the alternator if it were blown. But before that we’re the old battery and alternator tested. And do you check the new alternator.

Thanks for the video. The rav4, highlander, Camry, scion, kluger Subaru share engines. 2azfe. If I can’t find it by year and model of the car. I look up information based on engine. They may not be the same car but much be set up similarly.

The 2005 Rav4 has same code and same LT fuel trim (+44) like this Rav4 before repairs, not affected by engine speed or load. However based on the voltage reading of secondary O2 sensor (0.270V) the PCM is indeed correcting for lean condition. Too bad I don't have fuel pressure tester.

Update: used injectors from 06 Scion tested and cleaned solved the issue: after short drive the LTFT became +12 and secondary O2 measured .850V (it should go close 0 even more) I used 7.8 by 1.9mm Viton o-rings black (Shore A70) I try to put injectors in with stone hard insulator but got major leaks around them (verified by spraying carb cleaner into each cavity) So I took them out second time and installed new insulators!
