Hello and welcome to ELMSBEE D.I.Y Car Repairs, Where we make tutorials working on cars, We make the tutorials using photos and add each step to the photo as we think this is a better way to show what's needed to be done, we have found in the past some tutorials hard to follow or you end up missing a step, We hope our videos help you out please check out our channel for more tutorials on other D.I.Y work on cars.
Today we are removing and re fitting the front bumper on a 2004 BMW Z4, I used ramps and chocks to make it a bit easier however this can be done without them. If you do use rams use them correctly and safely and always chock the wheels.
Tools needed,
- 3/8 T27 bit
- 3/8 extension bar
- 3/8 8mm socket
- 3/8 ratchet (i used a battery one)
- Trim clip remover
- Ramps and chocks (if used)
When we say tighten it up if it needs torquing that is down to you to find the necessary settings not us, as all vehicles are different.
