The knight bus. Buy a ton of sets,take of the two levels on the top off,for each one,then stack them in the knight bus. Boom. 30 floor knight bus.

St 16 I watched the movie multiple times. Also, the sticker that I feel that was wasted is the one that says the Daily Prophet on it. Not the same print of “The Boy Who Lived”, I mean the purple sticker.

St 16 I’ve actually meant that it was the most accurate in shape. Sure, the windows might not be accurate, but they’ve made the best they could to make it look not as blocky as the previous ones.

1. Britain doesn't have air-conditioning in general, and buses today will have opening split windows 2. Lego could absolutely print the back of a minifig's head- in fact, we see this with the Quirrelmort figure in the first wave of Lego Harry Potter sets

I can agree that buying second hand lego is expensive. But its a lot cheaper than buying sealed sets. Especially when it comes to old lego sets like this

I really like the 2019 version of the Knight Bus, but I understand that the windows are not accurate on that version and they should’ve repeated the windows design from 2004 and 2011.

Apprentice Brick they’re thicker but not more accurate. There was a reason there wasn’t fine lines on them in the past, but no they’re able to consistently print out thinner lines with more accuracy. Edit: also, you can see the colour of on the older figures a lot of times is not very accurate and can be printed to far from it.

No, they just used stippling to put shading on the torso, so it looks higher quality from a far distance, but get closer and it pops out in a bad way. Charming, but not accurate

The 2004 Harry minifigure is unusual because it's a fairly straightforward recycle from the 2001 yellow-skin minifigures for the first 2 movies. In general the minifigs (especially for the 1st film) were more loose in regards to movie accuracy, with the blue jacket and tan legs serving to represent his "muggle" look in 2 of the initial sets (the first Hogwarts Express and Gringotts Bank), and at best being an interpterion of his clothes worn through the Diagon Alley scenes up to the Hogwarts Express trip. For whatever reason the designers chose to reuse the figure with a tan skin update for Harry on the Knight Bus, perhaps trying to match the blue coat he was wearing for most of the film.

I have a bad memory of this Lego set. I got the 2011 one at Legoland, but on the way home I for some reason tried to build it in the car. All the pieces fell out and I was only able to find around 70% of the set cleaning up. It was a a sad day.
