These are Rookies and Sophomores playin, dunkin , rockin the rim like they're already All Stars. While Rising stars games today just bunch of youngsters showing off some dribbling skills, Isos and step backs

Because those Denver Nuggets jerseys at the time were brand new to the team, the same time as Melo’s rookie year campaign (2003-2004). You can also peep the same for Nene as well, on the Sophomore team.
