Always enjoy your video's man. These remind me of my youth when I used to meet up with all my buddies to drag main street and find people to race in my SRT4 Neon. Total to sleeper to those that had no clue what it was in 04' 😂. Hurt alot of feelings.

Happy Friday… thanks for the upload. Just wanted to let you know me and my wife took my 2001 cobra out the other day. I have never raced it but a newer coyote 5.0 Mustang kept playing with us and when the red light turned green we let her ride and I out ran it by at least one car length. With that said I do have gears a computer tuner full exhaust K&n filter and under drive pulley… I was excited that old girl pulled it off. My wife was more excited than I was. The young guy in the Mustang pulled up beside us and congratulated me and thanked me on the run admired how nice my car was. I did the same to him as well and we had a blast. A lot of people don’t believe it happened because supposedly those cars are really fast. But this naturally aspirated 4.6 tuned up with gears isn’t too shabby for what it is. I had a hard time catching my cousins red Mach 1 with my supercharged Bullitt as we played around the other night because he could hook and go and I was spinning and pedaling it until I could catch him. The N/A 4V’s can move out. They may not be technically faster but they are quick in the right conditions

@ we raced to 130 miles an hour twice and I beat him. He couldn’t believe it. I let him know that I am tuned with a full exhaust 410 gears, a computer tuner with pulleys and an K &n system. with that said I got him pretty good. I’m a member of some new edge Mustang groups on Facebook and a lot of those guys really gave me a hard time and called me a liar. I removed the post because of it. It was horrible the way I was spoken to about admitting the truth. I let some of those guys know that I believe in honesty and integrity and a part of what I do for living keeps people honest. I am an inspector and it is my job. It’s really a sad time we live in. I remove the post and felt really down and out about how the Mustang community done me after simply stating that I out ran the new coyote 5.0 Mustang. I know they have more horsepower with that said my car does move out pretty good. I looked up a lot of rear wheel horsepower on the new Mustang and they’re between 380 to 400 with that said I’ve never put my car on a dyno machine, but a lot of the same builds I have on KZbin push 330 to 350 rear wheel horsepower. And with me being lighter and geared properly is probably the reason I out ran the car. Thanks for the reply. Your content is top-notch… I am doing cams on my car soon.

Wow that’s pretty cool, especially that you did it a couple times. Nice runs. The new coyote has some extra power as you stated, but it also has some extra weight that cancels it out. I beat a stockish 2011 coyote with my bullitt when it was cammed and bolt ons, and at that time it was 1/2 a car slower than my friends mach 1 so that would be a similar race. Mine made 304 to the wheels back then

That is an awesome car. I got lucky and found a 03 Terminator in sonic blue with 5500 miles on it. Now I want a comp orange one like yours. I know you have a bunch of cars, but the orange one is my favorite. I was thinking about changing the stereo to something more modern, but I read that it is an 8 ohm system, but everything you can buy is 4 ohm. I was wondering if you had changed any of your 03/04 stereos out to something new. Thx

You are correct about the Mach audio system. I have put several stock units back in the cars I’ve owned. Stock is the best with a Bluetooth FM transmitter in the cigarette outlet as far as I’m concerned. I don’t like any aftermarket units

So what is up with the battery light, my GT has been doing it for years.. I’ve heard it can be the alternator “regulator module” not too sure I never really looked into it because it charges fine.. I was just going to replace the alternator eventually..

It could be the regulator but I’m pretty sure it’s just one of the wires that goes to the alternator has an issue so the light comes on

Anyone selling or know where to find a 2004 Mach 1 azure blue automatic with lowest miles possible. I’ve checked everywhere can’t find one at all even with high miles.

Peoria AZ and Las Vegas both have auto azure blue Mach 1’s on Facebook marketplace. One has 78k and the other may have over 100k miles

Small differences like the key hole and valve covers are different colors and the 03 has the overhead map net but the late 03’s and all 04’s got the DB heads with the 9 threads per spark plug hole. They are all pretty solid cars though regardless of the year
