Question: have an 05 F350 6.0 Diesel. It quit on me the other day so I got it towed home. Ran an initial scan to see if anything was up, found a B1352 Ignition key in circuit fault, U1900 Missing (CAN) Message from the (HEC), P0405 EGR Sensor A Circuit low, B1483 Brake on/off switch circuit failure, B1318 Battery voltage low, and a C1709 Rear Inner right sensor circuit failure. I know about one of my park assist sensors being broken so that kind of deletes the last code. I bought 2 brand new batteries and installed them. Reran the codes and the P0405 EGR code went away. The truck starts, runs now, drives, but when I reran the codes today, I'm still coming up with the 2 PATS codes, the Brake Switch failure code, and the Battery voltage low code . I did notice a couple of weeks ago when I had my horse trailer hooked up to the plug, it kept reading across my dash that "trailer disconnected" I stopped and checked the plug to see if it had come off and it was still plugged in. I'm wondering if the ignition switch needs to be replaced? If that's what is causing my truck to intermittently die on me. It's a smooth quit, not a rough idle then quit. Any ideas? Thanks a much! Could this cause it to say tbc fault then turn on tow and haul and could that be the reason of my ac module to be off ?

if I have this problem would it cause me not to be able to put it in gear when I do the truck just shuts off ?

I have a question about a 2006 6.0 King ranch… the odometer is reading 282,637 miles even after I took a 300 mile trip and the speedometer is stuck right below 0… I replaced the ABS module, speed sensor and replaced the gauge cluster fuses. Do you think I may just need a new cluster? All the lights and everything else works so I’m a little bit lost

Not sure if you're still working on this. Typically when we see that the speedometer is not working and the odometer is not counting it is usually a faulty speed sensor and/or a faulty wire to the speed sensor. Make sure you replaced the correct speed sensor as there is a couple of them. If you exhausted all options, you can send your cluster to us so we can bench test the speedometer/odometer for $75.

The odometer displays them selves do not fail. Blank screen is caused by defective components on the board.

my gauge cluster works but doesnt read right, for example my mph shows 80 when at a deadstop does this mean it just needs rebuilt?

Either way will work, but you will spend about 5x the amount by the time you purchase a new cluster and get it programmed to your truck.

This truck also had a message on the cluster saying TBC Fault which is a common issue inside the TBC controller that we had to repair.
