That outside lounge roof could be solar panels as well. Those engines should have been hybrid and obviate the need for a generator in favor of more batteries and less maintenance and fuel usage with regen and flexible means of propulsion. Additionally, an induction stove would be cleaner, safer, easier. Finally, in-mast furling system would be nice, especially with a rotating mast. Looks like a great business platform nonetheless.
