I had three generations of s4 from b5 to b7 I know the feeling the excitement does cars give you I never enjoyed all of them more than b6 s4 it was good times now I drive rs4 I don't think I will ever go back to s4 for anytime soon bot s4 was cheaper to maintain then this monster.

Hey man love the video, I just got a B6 S4 myself, I know you don't have it anymore but I'm wondering about what I should be looking out for maintenance-wise. I'm aware of the timing chain issue

Nathan Cole I had to replace the head gaskets and eventually the rear crankcase gasket went as well, so just keep and eye on those. Both were very expensive repairs.

Oil changes. Constantly. 5w40 Mobile 1. Fuel filter every year.

Great video. Thinking of buying an s4 here in England. The standard car probably wont sound as good as the one on the vid but but its about the subtle looks and the performance when needed. The s4 badges will go so people will not know what it really is, to me thats a 'q' car. Oh, for the people that dont know what i mean 'q' is for quiet, not shouting about how powerful it is. Just wondering, can you do a flat change or is the gearbox that cluncky? thanks again................

The car had a Labree full back exhaust system. It sounds much better than the stock exhaust.

Aptutte yes, the car had that wheel when I bought it in 2005 with 4,500 miles on it.
