One of the hoses on your turbo is cracked but you just can't see it. Start the engine and spray all the hoses with water and you should see the water spitting out of the hose from the air pressure or a change in the engine RPM

Since you already changed the MAF sensor, I would check the intake hose because it’s common on this vehicle to get damaged. Also check for any other hoses that may have came disconnected or damaged maybe towards intercooler. Hope this helps.

I had the same issue when I bought an used 05 with over 200k. I cleaned the throttle body and it improved but it was still gunked up. Bought a used unit on Ebay that was already cleaned and replaced it with a new TB gasket. Once installed I did the TB calibration procedure and boom! 20k miles later not a single issue.

Might be a vacuum leak check the tube near the supercharger it comes out when u mess with the air box

I got the same car same issue. All I do is reset with the key turn Indonesia on Holden for one minute each without turn it on and go back. Goes back to normal.but TB gasket sounds good going to do that I am tired of reset of mine

I haven't, the scanner just said maf sensor. Already changed it might be a bad part I'm not sure.

@@TX_CHUY I thought it was the mass air flow sensor. Bc that’s what one shop told me. I went to another they told me the supercharger had a leak. To verify I went to a third spot that dealer with just German cars. They spent a month breaking the car top to bottom. Figured it out

I also have the same problem. Mine is 2003 tho same m271 engine . It also says maf airflow sensor..an i dout it is maf ..man these cars a terrible with idle issues

It is mass air flow sensor for me, poor idling and car shuts off at stop and light
