Can anyone help me I got an 2000 yz80 I put an new top end on it and the rings and everything is correct and the pinston is facing exhaust and the dude I brought it off put an after market cylinder on it and it showing 30 psi

Verify the cylinder bore size the after market cylinder could be damaged or more than likely is a big bore cylinder

id get the vernier guage out if you have one like @coby twitty said measure the after market bore .. whats the condition of the bore but its sounding like your piston is tad to small ... keep us updated
