2007 Mountaineer uses 10mm bolts on the 2 side radiator mounts. V8s are the same too

great video is it really necessary to pull the fan clutch off?

Factory service manual says to pull it so i did, i think it would be really tight pulling the rad with it in place as well, its not exactly the smallest thing.

You don’t have to, I didn’t remove the fan clutch to replace mine!
