You should of bought a second hand wing in the correct colour, that's what I have done on my silver van paint match was spot on. And top it off it was only £15 for the wing and £40 for a door you would never know they have been replaced 😁✌

u need to check the chassis in and around the bulkhead seen some primer also seen some plates tacked in it the scrap dealer sold it i would check it again u want to start with a good rep for selling check for bodges all the best jim

If you're going to put a new wing on it, have a think about replacing the arch and sill while you're at it. Kurust will slow it down a bit, but those arches always go in the end. You can get the whole arch/sill panel for not much coin.

If I was to keep it long term then that's something I would consider doing but I feel like the sills and arches are actually in decent condition considering.

It looks like you’ve put on frozen white which is the mk7. Diamond white is the mk6 providing it’s the original
