Howard acts like him not getting paid is crazy but he tells the same thing to the people he put on Sirius. The wack packers he gave a show to but Paid them almost nothing. And his show is huge. Even the wack pack shows got tons of ratings.

If Howard demanded raises for his employees he would get it, instead he always wanted the General Manager to be the bad guy, so he could look good. Howard even admitted live that he goes to therapy because he "wants less for others and more for himself". He could've fought harder for his people's pay, but he chose not to. Sometimes doing nothing is worse then doing something.
