2007 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac 4.6 Serpentine Belt Drive Replace How to 2008 2009 Remove Route

Here I show how to remove and install the drive belt or serpentine belt in your Ford Explorer Sport Trac this one's a 2008 but this will work for explorers 2007 through 2010 with a 4.6 L engine. if your belt is going bad it'll either wine Screech or make lots of noise, sometimes it just breaks. You can check to see if you need to change your serpentine belt by looking at the pulley where the belt bends and if there's cracks in the belt it's a good time to go ahead and replace it. also make sure all of your pulleys spin freely, except your crank pulley will not spin freely, if any of those lockup it will cause your belt to break or Shred. if you smell a burning smell or there's built up belt residue it's a good indicator that a pulley locked up and broke your belt. another thing I see a lot is water pump go bad and the belt will fall off.
