Mine is one owner. The V8 is 275 hp and nice and torquey. It's fun with 91 octane gas. Use good synthetic oil and 8.8q of it. Love Continental tires. The traction computer and very solid brakes make it a fun toy. Lots of airbag and decent restraints. Well built.

I love my 2008 Lucerne, she's got style and class and surely gets second looks from newer car owners when cruising Pacific coast hwy (Malibu beach).

I own a 2007 Lucerne CXS and it's classy and fun to drive . And the V8 has good power on demand when you need it . I'm enjoying it every day if you don't have one get you one . I use 93 premium gas and full synthetic oil.

Bought my 07 CXL brand new in 07.....a "poor man's cadillac" they said. I have to agree,it is like a caddy and runs quiet,smooth,and the V8 Northstar will pin you back in your seat when you get on it! Mine only has 81,000 miles and i have only had to replace the 5 year battery, put new tires @ 61,000 miles,replaced the drivers chrome door handle,and put brake pads on the front and rear @ 75,000 miles. I get the oil changed every 5,000 miles and that's it.Definately the best vehicle i have owned!

Traded my rusty old 2000 cavalier for used 2007 Lucerne that had only 55,000 miles on it---only has the 3800 V-6, but that sucker is powerful---left a mustang 5.0 in the dust the other day--and all the hybrids/smart cars scamper to safety when they see that waterfall grille coming up behind 'em. if buick's are such "gramma" cars, how come I see all these kids driving old buicks? every once in a while, I still see restored 1970-73 GSX Stage One's on the road. Anyone that remembers those, knows that those were'nt "gramma" cars by any means.

Firecriss the Northstar is an underpowered unreliable piece of crap. that 3800 is 10 times better of an engine than the v8, not to mention that when modified the 3.8L will be way more powerful anyway and last 4 to 5 times longer. I'm 19 and this is my first car. I have an 08.

if you left a 5.0 in the dust ,then either he wasn't trying or it was running shitty.they are much lighter and have more h.p. than that 3.8v6.i have one in an impala and it sure as shit will not beat any mustangs,unless there the crappy 4 banger's .

Was it a rental since I see a no smoking sign on the drivers window?
@BrandonHill12349 жыл бұрын
Haha, I don't notice that! I'm guessing yes lol.

Yup, they would probably give you this or a DTS Cadillac.
