2007 gv650 won't start

Bro i just have a few calls this afternoon, the people that have been using the same models here in Malaysia also have the same problem, but fortunately the issue is very simple enough to be solved. I'm hoping this will solve your problem too. There is a fuse right under the left side of the tank, it is placed in a small black box, here the colour is green not sure of yours, but you have to check on that, if the fuse burned you have to replace it, if its not then its probably caused by starter fuse or solenoid or rectifier. That's all they said to me. I'm hoping for myself to get the same bike as yours too. I've been loving that design so much that until recently i just remembered about it. I'm on a hunt for a secondhand bike 😂. I wish you luck and god bless.

Hyosung made motors for Suzuki and then after stealing enough tech they started their own company. Your solenoid is probably bad or it could be the starter relay. Also, you have a clutch switch that could be causing it to not turn over. I'm having issues with mine because the solenoid has gone out twice in a short period. These bikes are one of the fastest 650s made. Good luck.

Is that a problem that you fix when it didn't spark was the foot stand shift where you lay it down

I would appreciate if you could share the solution to this issue once you solve it as I am having the same problem. Used to push start it for awhile now won't even start that way anymore. Bought a new regulator(aftermarket) and battery still no start. So if you do fix it your help will be much appreciated. Taken it to the mechanics twice for the same thing( expensive) now they say get rid of it not worth it. I like the bike and it's my first, even If I get another one I don't want to get rid of it, hence why im trying to fix it myself now.

Same bike want spark i recognize that my kickstand switch is pushed out even when I push the kickstand up is it cuz that could be why it's not sparking

I have a 2009 efi gv650, and had similar problem, put key in ignition and turn on, dash lights everything works but wouldn't start, I noticed that I couldn't hear the usual electric rotation and new this was linked to the problem, after changing loads of stuff, I found the safety switch on the clutch was at fault, did a simple bypass and work perfect now. Maybe of help.
