2007 Jaguar XKR interior quality check

I own a 2007 XK convertible that I bought in 2009 with only 10,000 miles. Today it has 93,000 miles and the relaibility has been excellent. Check it out...these X150 series Jaguars have "better than average" reliability according to many websites.

WOW even better than the same era SL. The Europeans and particularly the British are fantastically famous for wood craftsmanship. You should see it in the sunlight on a convertible. Notice the subtle click at the tap of the gearshift? True Old World mechanical character.

The convertible version is the best car in the world: beautiful, comfortable, powerful, captivating !

Have a 2007 xk vert 70k miles. Reliability is great. However interior is full of cheap plastics(wish I could post pics)… But, handles on top of the seats that let the seats down , broke off (plastic). Housing to unlock doors (plastic) came off. And I have a couple of more random plastic pieces that came off (still trying to figure out where they go, lbvs…)…. But to be a 15 year old car it still turns heads….
