It's surprising to find the absence of smell and pollution during day time and dangerous during night. ! I doubt if they have done this on purpose, processing the waste is huge investment, the easier is to just BURN it!! 20 mins of travelling in the polluted belt, gave me a chokes which *lasted for quite some time. ..
