Tosh twentythree Lol... Do it right or don't do it at all 😉. For some reason I can't say "Good enough " even on old vehicles.

good vid, over the past 40 years i have made the decision to return all aftermarket panles that have issues the reason for this is as long as the body shops keep putting them right the quality wont improve also the time taken for the corrections are costly to us and the customer, no body wins
@Velvethamma7 жыл бұрын
jason evans I will return parts if they are junk but when it's minor, I'll usually tell the vendor and get partial refund to repair them. It costs them money to ship them back so it can be a win win situation

would of sent that hood back..junk yard search here I come but i hate aftermarket. good job so far bro.
@Velvethamma7 жыл бұрын
Jon A I don't send parts back unless they have serious damage. Not worth waiting a week or more for a $100 hood. This was a quick turnaround job

Looking good. I feel your pain with the online parts getting some damage, but the price is right sometimes.

For the money, I'd rather fix them or call to negotiate some money off rather than having to ship them back.

Looks good sir , what brand epoxy will you use ?
@Velvethamma7 жыл бұрын
All I had in the cabinet was some Montana epoxy primer/sealer so that's what I ended up using. I will be trying the SPI when this is used up

I'm thinking ppg dplv for the camaro, but it's so damn expensive
@Velvethamma7 жыл бұрын
It's pretty damn expensive to re do one of these jobs because of shit products too. Sometimes I wonder why I use expensive product on crap cars. My justification is that I have better success with the top tier products and I hate re do's. What's the old saying... "Pay me now or pay me later" . One way or another it's always expensive, LOL
