If it has a capacator inside it, (looks like a yellow resister in about the middle of the inside) it is safe. I have a dangerous one, unburnt, and I think I might do a livestream burnout sometime, let it burn until either the battery explodes, or plastic melts so far that the coil doesn't touch. (I might try scottering the coil to the battery, and the other terminal)

No there's no capacitor, maybe it's just one of the good ones and the fire was a defect. Also please don't burn a perfectly good seahorse, I would understand if there was some rust in the compartment that would stop it from working, but to kill a perfectly clean seahorse out of pure boredom is just against my morals. Plus the fumes from the plastic, it's bad to inhale them, you'd need a gas mask for a project like that.

@@jsnxbskscnskcnskcjbzjzjbvd I would be standing at distance, first I have to try it out, but I think yours was a first gen, and I think it was 2nd-3rd gen that burns. Or the rechargables weren't the craps, and were low
