Easy job replaced both of mine in just over an hour! But I had to do take the whole thing nikon down and dismantle both of them 👍👍

Interesting. I've got a similar problem with a DVD Screen. It only falls down going through gutters or bumps, so probably a similar problem with the latching mechanism. At least now I have an idea of what to look for. Hopefully it's as cheap a fix as you had :)

Hi do you know if the console that is made for the caravan is the same model as the town and country?

It should be the same. I can't imagine that Chrysler would have made them much differently.
